impact
what is impact for us?

we envisioned the first step man made on the moon. imagine, for a moment,
the impact on the moon's surface. words like 'results' cannot describe the
picture.
soft moon dust displaced to leave an impression on a surface no
one had set foot before
. such, is the impact we hope ideas and insights
will have on the world around us.

we hope that each article, and the thoughts they spawn in your minds and
environment around you will create a comparable impact. we trust that you
will displace your existing mental models for a while, suspend doubt, and
participate whole heartedly in the exciting quest for connecting ideas
across domains and disciplines. the resultant impression, we think, can be
as remarkable as the footprint man first made on the moon.

this is impact. promising. positive. possible.
an opportunity to make a meaningful difference

we have been fortunate to diffuse new ideas and create results through
our passion for pro-bono management consulting and advisory work for
local and international organizations. we have provided specific,
actionable and measurable approaches to maximizing opportunities that
these entities face. in doing so, we go beyond buzzwords and
PowerPoint presentations. we seek to identify core interests, explore
potential paths to attain those, and engage in rapid-burst, high impact mind
melds that go from hypothesis, data gathering, analysis, synthesis and
action planning. our impact comes from an inherently multi-disciplinary
approach in identifying and connecting dots, known and new. our
exposure to diverse cultures, of course, does not hurt.

we believe that we have an opportunity to share and build upon what we
have learned from top academic institutions like Carnegie Mellon
University, Stanford University, Harvard University and MIT. in addition, we
blend practices from professional disciplines like PMI's Project
Management Body of Knowledge, OGC's ITIL and Six Sigma. to keep the
mix interesting we leverage numerous publications from the Software
Engineering Institute at CMU along with entrepreneurial perspectives from
industry events brought to market by The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE).

we hope to continue reaching out to other professionals that will find a
sense of satisfaction in contributing their time and energy to harness the
opportunities that lie ahead of us.

together, we can make a difference.
