an opportunity to engage

you know the feeling. the 'aha' moment! when you connect ideas that jump
the domain barrier and result in creative friction in the interfaces. our
ramblings, writings and thoughts hope to unearth and share insights that
reflect the following 5 characteristics:

from ideas to implementation: business & technology
strategy formulation, business &decision analysis, solutions
architecture (business/systems structures & processes), organizational
design

converting strategy into action: program and project
management, leading IT service delivery capabilities, enabling large scale
cross-functional change initiatives

multi-disciplinary approach: spanning audits & advisory services,
start-ups, management consulting, corporate technology management,
non-profit management, program and project management.

multi-focal: vertical expertise in financial business intelligence,
multidimensional budgeting and planning systems, information service
management

continuous optimization: commitment to continuous
learning, discovery, refinement and development

these are our insights.

insights
do insights have feelings?

frankly, the most exciting experience for us is in working with
colleagues and cohorts in engaging our cranial gears, pulleys and
levers through open free flowing mind-melds where the forces of
debate, dialog and deliberation bring forth a fresh crop of 'aha'!
moments ... and then find them relegated to obsolescence as we find
more data points in the 'unknown unknown' and move them to the
'known unknown'... eventually, we seek to rest at the 'known known'
and look forward to its obsolescence as the forces of creationism
constructively challenge those of conservatism.

so, consider these, and other articles, merely a reflection of this
stimulating exercise and not a manifestation of solid state theses.

that is what we feel.
